What MAV keeps about you, who can see it, and how to change it.
What MAV stores
MAV stores each person's name, email, role, assigned positions, lesson progress, quiz scores, and sign-offs so managers can track training. It also keeps checklist records: what each person checked or recorded, and when. Our login provider also records sign-in times and IP addresses.
What MAV doesn't store
MAV does not store customer information, payment details, or security codes.
Who can see your training record
Only your company's managers can see your training record. On a shared checklist, the people doing it with you also see who checked each item.
Correcting or removing your information
Ask your manager if you want your information corrected or removed. Checklist records are a permanent work record: they can't be changed or deleted, but a correction can be added.
